    WPL 2024 Squad For All Teams – 5 WPL Teams Players List

    WPL 2024 Squad: The WPL or Women’s Premier League is a women’s Twenty20 cricket franchise league in India owned and operated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

    WPL 2024 Squad: As per the WPL 2024 schedule, the defending champions Mumbai Indians will face Delhi Capitals in the opener at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

    A total of five teams will play against each other in a double round-robin format, where the three teams that finish with the most points will enter the playoff stages of the competition. BCCI has announced the retained and released players list for WPL 2024 teams on October 19.

    A total of 60 players including 21 overseas cricketers were retained across five playing teams while 29 players were released from their existing squads. BCCI decided to host the WPL 2024 Auction on December 9 in Mumbai.

    A total of 165 cricketers will undergo the hammer during the auction event. Out of 165 players, 104 are Indians and 61 are overseas players of which 15 players are from associate nations. The total capped players are 56, uncapped players are 109.
