January 2023 Player Of The Month Nominees: ICC Announced the nominees for both men and women cricketers for the January month’s player of the month award.
The three nominees for each of the categories will be decided by ICC’s Award Nominating Committee based on their performance during that particular month. Then these nominees will be voted upon by the independent panel.
The Voting Academy will submit their votes by email and will retain a 90% share of the vote. Subsequently, on the 1st day of each month, fans registered with the ICC will be able to submit votes via the ICC website and will have a 10% share of the vote.

January 2023 Player Of The Month Nominees: New Zealand’s Devon Conway and India’s Gill and Siraj have been named in the nominees’ list for their impressive performances in the past.
Devon Conway in 2023 so far played 10 matches and scored 494 runs across formats which includes 3 centuries and 2 fifties. Siraj being a bowler played 5 matches and bagged 14 wickets at an economy of 3.82.
The young gun Shubman Gill who scripted a record by hitting a double century in ODI scored 769 runs from playing in 12 matches.
In the women’s category England’s Grace Scrivens displayed experience beyond her years when leading her side to the final of the inaugural Women’s Under-19 T20 World Cup in South Africa last month.
Scrivens hit three half-centuries and amassed 293 runs while chipping in with nine valuable wickets to ensure England remained unbeaten at the tournament all the way through to the title decider against India in Potchefstroom.
Australia’s Phoebe Litchfield amassed a whopping 154 runs while being dismissed just once in three ODI matches against Pakistan.
