    India Medals Tally in Asian Games 2023 – UPDATED List

    India Medals Tally in Asian Games 2023: The 19th Asian Games is scheduled to be held from 23 September to 8 October 2023 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The Asian Games officially get underway with the opening ceremony on September 23. However, cricket, football, volleyball and beach volleyball will start from September 19.

    Hangzhou will be the third Chinese city to host the Asian Games, after Beijing in 1990 and Guangzhou in 2010.

    India Medals Tally in Asian Games 2023: The 68-member squad for athletics – 35 men and 33 women – is India’s largest contingent for any sport in Hangzhou. The Indian men’s and women’s cricket team, led by Ruturaj Gaikwad and Harmanpreet Kaur, respectively, will be making their Asian Games debut in Hangzhou.

    A total of 56 venues will be used in and around Hangzhou with 481 gold medals on offer.
