PKL 2024 Auction: Complete list of Retained Players of all 12 teams

With the excitement of the Kabbadi League looms, the Pro Kabaddi League Season 11 Player auction will be held on August 15th and 16th in Mumbai.

The PKL has announced the list of players retained in three different categories namely Elite Retained Players, Retained Young Players, and Existing New Young Players in which a total of 88 players have been retained across all franchises.

22 players from the Elite Retained Category, 26 players from the Retained Young Players category, and 40 players from the Existing New Young Players category have been retained by the PKL franchises. Below is the list of retained players across 12 franchises.

Bengal Warriors

Bengal Warriors is a Kolkata-based kabaddi team that won their maiden title in the 2019 season after defeating Dabang Delhi in the finals.

PKL 2024 Players Salary Cap

The Domestic and Overseas players will be divided into four categories at the PKL 2024 player auction Category A, B, C, and D. The players will be further subdivided as all-rounders, defenders, and raiders within each other category. The base prices for all the categories are listed below.

  • Category A – INR 30 Lakh
  • Category B – INR 20 Lakh
  • Category C – INR 13 Lakh
  • Category D – INR 9 Lakh

The Player pool will include 24 players from the two finalist teams of the Khelo India University Games 2024. The franchises will have a Salary purse of INR 5 crores for the squad.
