    With the target of 210 runs, Mitchell Marsh and David Warner opened the innings while Lahiru Kumara opened the bowling attack. David Warner scored 11 runs and was sent out by Dilshan Madushanka on lbw.

    Steven Smith was sent out with a duck by Dilshan Madushanka while Mitchell Marsh was impressive as he scored 52 runs on 51 deliveries and was sent out on a run out.

    With the dismissal of Marsh, Australia scored 81 runs losing 3 wickets on 15th over. Marnus Labuschagne scored 40 runs on 50 deliveries and was sent out by Dilshan Madushanka. Josh Inglis scored 58 runs on 59 deliveries and was sent out by Dunith Wellalage. With Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis’ 31 and 20 runs, Australia won the match by scoring 215 runs in the 36th over losing 5 wickets.
