    Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 Schedule: The 8th edition of the Women’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to play in February 2023 in South Africa. A total of 10 teams will participate in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 and will play 23 matches including 2 semi-finals and one grand final match.

    Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 Schedule

    Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 Schedule: The first match of the tournament will be played on February 10 between South Africa Women and Sri Lanka Women at Newlands, Cape Town. The final match of the tournament is scheduled to play on February 26 in Newlands, Cape Town.

    As per the ICC rules, each participating team has to select a squad of 15 players before the tournament and were also able to replace any injured players. ICC also appointed the all-woman panel of match officials for the tournament.

    Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 Teams Qualification

    • South Africa automatically qualified for the tournament as the hosts.
    • They were joined by the seven highest-ranked teams in the ICC Women’s T20I Rankings, as of 30 November 2021, who competed at the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in Australia.
    • The remaining two teams were Ireland and Bangladesh, the finalists of the qualifying tournament.
