Jason Roy and Will Jacks gets into the crease to lead the Oval Invincibles while Milne opens the bowling attack on behalf of Birmingham Phoenix.
Though the duo remains not out for the first 20 deliveries they fails to add the needed opening partnership. In the 21st delivery, Patrick Brown dismissed Will Jacks for 13 runs and draws the first blood.
Colin Ingram then joins hands with Roy and leads the innings. Ingram scored a massive 81 runs for 43 deliveries and drags the team to score 172 runs for 3 wickets loss at the end of the 100 deliveries.

Narine in the 16th delivery dismissed Allen for 23 runs and draws the first blood. Liam Livingstone gets in to join hands with Will Smeed. Soon Shamsi in the 26th delivery dismissed Livingstone for 7 runs and scatters the dream of making a partnership.
Skipper Moeen Ali gets into the crease. This duo added 54 runs partnership before Saqib Mahmood dismissed long-standing Will Smeed for 45 runs. Chris Benjamin then join hands with Moeen Ali and makes the match-winning partnership.

It was fantastic to be out there. Always special to be in front of this crowd, full house, and a good win. It has been very exciting.
Obviously, Finn and Will at the start and Moeen in the middle set it up for me. We don’t really look at the table, we know we have won only two games before today, so we are just focusing on taking it game by game and the rest will take care of itself.
