Bangladesh Innings
With the target of 258, Mohammad Naim and Mehidy Hasan Miraz opened Bangladesh innings while Kasun Rajitha opened bowling attack for Sri Lanka. Naim and Mehidy had scored 21 and 28 runs respectively. With Shakib Al Hasan’s dismissal with 3 runs, Bangladesh was down to 3/70 in the 16th over.

When I went to bat, wicket was not easy to bat on. My plan was to play my normal game and back myself. My plan was to play as late as possible. Was waiting for the ball to come to me, not go too far forward. I was trying to bat deep, plan was to get 250 for the team. Knew that wicket is going to play big part for spinners.
