Six Sixes in an Over: Hitting six sixes in one over(6 deliveries) is not as easy as one thinks. A player have to strike all the deliveries of the over towards the boundary line to reach this feat.
Former West Indies all-rounder Sir Garfield Sobers is the first player to hit six sixes in an over. Not every cricketer has the capability to achieve this feat.

Herschelle Gibbs
South Africa cricketer Herschelle Gibbs smashed six sixes in the 2007 ICC ODI World Cup and becomes the first player to hit six sixes in an over in international cricket.
Interestingly, the former Proteas batsman is still the only man to have achieved the feat in a 50-over World Cup game. Gibbs achieved this feat after 22 years and was notably the first player to make this 20th century.
Jaskaran Malhotra
USA batsman Jaskaran Malhotra joined an elite club of players who have smashed six sixes in an over in international cricket as he hit Papua New Guinea’s Gaudi Toka for 36 runs on September 10, 2021.

Yuvraj Singh
Former Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh slammed England pacer Stuart Broad for six sixes during a World Cup T20 game in South Africa in 2007. Yuvi becomes the first player to hit six sixes in the T20 international match.
Yuvraj remains the only player to hit six sixes off an over-bowled by a pace bowler in professional cricket.
Keiron Pollard
West Indies superstar cricketer Kieron Pollard has become just the third batsman in international cricket to hit 6 sixes in an over.
Pollard achieved this feat when he hit Sri Lanka’s Akila Dananjaya out of the park 6 times.

Sir Garfield Sobers
Garfield Sobers achieved this feat when he was playing county cricket for Nottinghamshire back in 1968. On August 31, 1968 bowler Malcolm Nash met his worst nightmare when he came to bowl to the legendary Garfield Sobers.
Sobers starts to smash the deliveries all around the stadium. On the sixth ball, Sobers seemed to have been caught on the ropes but fielder Roger Davis carried the ball with him in momentum past the boundary line.

Ravi Shastri
Indian former cricketer Ravi Shastri was the second person to achieve this feat in the 19th century of the cricket era. Notably, Ravi Shastri and Sir Garfield Sobers are the only two cricketers to achieve this feat in the 19th century.
Ravi Shastri achieved the feat while playing for Bombay (as it was called then) against Baroda, smashing left-arm spinner Tilak Raj for 36 runs in six balls. Shastri eventually raced to a double-century off just 123 balls.

Worcestershire batsman Ross Whitely became the next to join the list in July 2017 when he hit Yorkshire spinner Karl Carver for 36 in an over during a T20 Blast fixture at Headingley. Worcestershire’s Ross Whiteley feasted upon the bowling of Yorkshire left-arm spinner Karl Carver, whose over included a wide.

Hazratullah Zazai
In a 2018 Afghanistan Premier League clash league match, Hazratullah Zazai took down Abdullah Mazari as he raced away to a 12-ball fifty with the help of the record scripting six sixes.
Leo Carter
Leo Carter joined this elite club in January 2020. While playing for Canterbury Kings he stunned opposition Northern Knights with six maximums in an over in New Zealand’s Super Smash T20 competition.
Leo Carter went on to score a magnificent 70 off 29 balls.
