Former India captain Yograj Singh made a fresh attack on the MS Dhoni and would never be forgiven for ruining his son Yuvraj’s career.
Yograj has himself played for India and made 7 appearances in the past criticizing former India captain Dhoni on the public platform. Yograj Singh should get Bharat Ratna for playing with Cancer.
While speaking in an interview, Yograj said, “I won’t forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at his face in the mirror. He is a very big cricketer, but what he has done against my son, everything is coming out now; it can never be forgiven in life.”
“I have never done two things in life – first, I have never forgiven anybody who has done wrong for me, and second, I have never hugged them in my life, be it my family members or my kids,” said Yograj.
Yograj says after cancer, Yuvraj could have easily played for four or five years if not for MS Dhoni.
“That man (MS Dhoni) has destroyed the life of my son, who could have played four to five years more,” he said.
“I dare everyone to give birth to a son like Yuvraj. Even Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag have said in the past that there won’t be another Yuvraj Singh. India should award him the Bharat Ratna for playing with cancer and winning the World Cup for the country,” he added.
This isn’t the first time Yograj has taken a direct swipe at Dhoni. Earlier this year, the 66-year-old claimed that CSK lost IPL 2024 because of Dhoni’s bad deeds.
“CSK lost IPL 2024. Why did they lose? It’s whatever you sow, so shall you reap. Yuvraj Singh is the ICC Ambassador, hats off to him! And this jealous Dhoni, where is he? He didn’t even shake hands with Yuvraj, and that is the reason why CSK failed this year,” said Yograj.
He also slammed Kapil Dev for plotting against him to get dropped from the Indian cricket team in 1981.
“The greatest captain of our time, Kapil Dev… I told him, I’ll leave you in a position where the world would curse you. Today, Yuvraj Singh has 13 trophies, and you have only one, the World Cup. End of discussion,” he concluded.
