    As the World Cup 2023 IND-PAK match is set to happen at Ahmedabad on October 15, the advertisers also paid their attention to the highly anticipated match as much as the fans.

    Disney Star, the official broadcaster of World Cup 2023 in India use this excellent opportunity by hiking the advertising rates significantly. They had made a stubborn demand of 30 lakhs INR for every 10 seconds for advertising during the IND-PAK match.

    The rates for 30-second Advertising spot during other World Cup matches are standard and set up to INR 7 lakh. Many Advertising agencies now have access to Disney Star’s rate card, which is now available through the exchange4 media.

    The Coveted position of co-presenters was given with an estimated cost of about 118 INR. The associate sponsors have to pay 88 Crore INR for their advertising slots.

    The fee for co-presenting chances on Disney+Hotstar at Rs 150 crore is set by the broadcasters and the Brands that need exposure such as “Powered by” sponsors must contribute Rs 75 crore, while those choosing associate sponsorship budgets should be 40 crores INR.

    Also, many hotels around Ahmedabad city had increased tariffs several times due to their demand during the IND-PAK clash. It will be not surprising that Disney Star had taken this opportunity to demand a premium amount for this massive number of viewers anticipated for the clash.

    Regarding Television who needs the broadcast rights and co-present on the Channels would need to make a budget of 89.96 crore INR. The HD feed will be set for the price of 48.4 crores for television.

    Disney Hotstar is set to increase ad rates overall by 30-35% on comparing the last competitions. The source said that the broadcasters are expected to earn almost 1000 crore INR from the competition.

    According to the source, the price is between 6 and 7 lakh INR for every ten seconds for last season. Hence the spot will be expected to be valued at 10,25,000 for every 10 seconds.
