    Women’s IPL 2020 Updated Squad and Schedule Details

    BCCI releases the final and updated squad and schedule for the Women’s IPL. BCCI has scheduled to play the Women’s IPL(WIPL) in UAE along with the Dream 11 IPL 2020. The tournament was the first time introduced in 2018 in Mumbai. In the inaugural edition, IPL Supernovas won the match by 3 wickets in a last-over thriller.

    In 2019 it was a three-team tournament instead of a one-off match, featuring a new team called IPL Velocity along with IPL Trailblazers and IPL Supernovas. IPL Supernovas beat IPL Velocity by 4 wickets in the second edition and retained their title.

    Women’s IPL 2020 Squad

    The best of Indian women’s cricket will combine with some of the leading stars from England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh and New Zealand in a four-match tournament.

    Thailand’s Natthakan Chantham, who scored her country’s first Women’s T20 World Cup half-century, adds another feather to her cap as she will become the first Thai cricketer to feature in the tournament.
