Shakib on Losing Toss Against India
The Indian cricket team has already qualified for the Asia Cup 2023 Finals while Bangladesh who was eliminated from the Asia Cup 2023 Final race will seek a consolation win in their last game of the tournament.
India will face Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup 2023 final game scheduled to be played on September 17 in R. Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.

Bangladesh who lost the Asia Cup 2023 Final spot race also lost the toss against India in their last Asia Cup 2023 game. Losing the toss, Shakib Al Hasan said “I was a bit confused to what to do and it’s not a bad thing for us to bat first. The guys haven’t played much and they will get opportunities. Tanzim is making his debut, so very excited for him. This is an eye-opener for us and we want to do our best before the World Cup”.
As expected India made a number of changes in their playing 11 for their game against Bangladesh. Notably, Indian batter Virat Kohli has been rested for the game.
