Virat Kohli Wax Statue at Madame Tussauds: A wax statue of Indian skipper Virat Kohli was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Dubai on Monday.
The aggressive batsman Virat Kohli is currently presiding in UAE where he leads India in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 under the mentorship of former Indian cricketer MS Dhoni. Notably, this ICC T20 WC 2021 will be the last game for Virat Kohli as T20 captain.

With a massive fan following base the picture of Virat Kohli’s wax statue has gone viral in a short period.
The statue of Virat Kohli is designed with India’s previous official retro jersey posed in a batting style with his MRF bat on the right side. As of many other teams, India launched new jersey for the ICC T20 World Cup 2021.

Virat Kohli Statue in Lord’s
Earlier the same Madame Tussauds unveiled India captain Virat Kohli’s statue at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London to mark the launch of the ICC World Cup 2019.
The wax statue of one of the world’s leading batsmen has displayed at Madame Tussauds until July 15, 2019 — remaining at the museum for the duration of the tournament.
Steve Davies, General Manager at Madame Tussauds London, said: “Cricket fever is set to sweep the nation in the coming weeks so what better way to unveil our new figure of Virat Kohli than with the help of our neighbors at Lord’s.
“We hope that cricket fans will enjoy not only watching their hero on the pitch but taking to the crease with him here at Madame Tussauds London.”
Pictured for the first time at the iconic Lord’s, the statue is dressed in the official Indian kit as well as shoes and gloves donated by the sportsman himself. From Thursday onwards, Kohli will sit alongside legends such as Usain Bolt, Sir Mo Farah and fellow Indian cricket star Sachin Tendulkar.

Post the two warm-up games Virat Kohli-led India will face Pakistan on October 24, 2021, at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.
