UAE Squad For Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2023: UAE Cricket Board have named Aayan Afzal Khan as their captain for the upcoming ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2023 scheduled to be played between December 8 to December 17, 2023.
A total of 15 matches will be played between 8 teams. The 8 participating teams will be divided into two groups of four teams.
UAE Squad For Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2023
India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Nepal have been named in Group A while Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, UAE, and Japan have been named in Group B.
As per ACC Men’s U19 Asia Cup 2023 Schedule, the first match will be played between India and Afghanistan on December 8 at ICC Academy Oval – 1. The final 1 and semifinal 2 will be played on December 15 while the tournament’s final will be played on December 17 at Dubai International Stadium.
Originally, the tournament was scheduled to take place in Pakistan but later it was shifted to the United Arab Emirates.
Each team will play one match against other teams in their group thus a total of 3 matches will be played by each participating team. ICC Academy Oval – 1 and ICC Academy Oval – 2 will host the group and semi-final matches while the grand final will be played at Dubai International Stadium.
