Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has announced the launch of his Biopic named – “Rawalpindi Express – Running against the odds” on his official Twitter handle.

Nicknamed the “Rawalpindi Express”, Shoaib Akhtar was the first bowler to be recorded bowling at 100 miles per hour, a feat he achieved twice in his career.
Akhtar made his Test match debut in November 1997 as an opening fast bowler and played his first ODI three months later. During his cricket career, Akhtar played 46 Tests, 163 ODIs, and 21 T20Is and bagged 178, 247, and 19 wickets respectively.
Akhtar retired from international cricket after the 2011 World Cup. Post-retirement, he began a YouTube career by starting his own channel, where he gives reviews on matches and Pakistan cricket.
