The right-hander has gained a huge number of fans all over the world. Recently the Kerala-based cricketer was seen playing cricket with a kid, whose dream was to meet the cricketer himself.
It was said that Samson promised his little fan to meet him. After completing the Ranji Trophy 2024 campaign, fulfilled the boy’s wish and shared the moment on social media.
Despite missing a place in the squad for the ODI World Cup, he was included in the ODI series of India’s tour of South Africa 2024 and smashed a century in the third ODI match.
He also played in the T20I series of Afghanistan’s tour of India where the hosts clinched the series 3-0. Despite, being ignored by the selectors for major tournaments and tours, he retained his place in the Grade-C category of BCCI Central Contract.
Sanju Samson will be the captain of Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2024, which is set to commence on March 22. CSK and RCB will be playing in the first match of the IPL 2024 schedule at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium.
