The India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has made an impressive stand along with Ravichandran Ashwin during the first test against Bangladesh. A stunning 199 partnership helped the side recover from early dismissals and cross the 300 runs mark on day 01 of the test.
Despite his solid stand, Jadeja could not bring out a century as he was sent out on a delivery from Taskin Ahmed. A healthy outside edge helped the Bangladesh bowler to dismiss the Indian all-rounder which became an easy catch for Keeper Litton Das.
Batting first, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma opened innings for India where the Indian captain was sent out by Hasan Mahmud for six runs. Hasan Mahmud went on to dismiss Shubman Gill for a duck while Virat Kohli was sent out for six runs.
