Pratika Rawal scored her Maiden International century during the third ODI of Ireland women’s tour of India 2025 at Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old batter reached the milestone in 100 balls helping the side to post a mammoth total along with Smriti Mandhana who also smashed a century.
Both added a 233-run stand for the opening stand and saw India amass 435 runs for five which is their highest ever total in the 50-over format.

Apart from openers, Richa Ghosh strengthened India’s score by scoring a half-century. The wk-batter played an explosive 59 runs in 42 balls, in which she hit 10 fours and 1 six.
Tejal Hasabnis contributed 28 runs in 25 balls while Harleen Deol was out on 15 runs, while Jemima Rodrigues and Deepti Sharma remained unbeaten and added 4 and 11 runs respectively.
Pratika Rawal was born in Sepetember 01, 2000 and plays for domestic cricket for Railways. His father, Pradeep Rawal is a BCCI-certified Level-II umpire of Delhi & District cricket Association (DDCA).
She was trained at Rohtak Road Gymkhana Cricket Academy, under the mentorship of coach Sharvan Kumar. She made her international debut last month during the home series against West Indies.
During her debut, she scored 40 runs and shared a 110-run stand with Mandhana. She also took her maiden ODI wicket in the same match.
“I wanted to study about that (human mind) and when I started studying about it, I was very keen on understanding how we mentally process (things) on the field and off the field. And, it has helped me a lot in cricket as well,” said the Delhi cricketer in a video titled ‘Pratika Rawal: Psychology meets Cricket’ posted by BCCI on ‘X’.
