RCB trials or Royal Challengers Bengaluru trials are the open trials held by the team to select some domestic players ahead of the Indian Premier League season.
Players who participate in trials get to take part in drills, net sessions and practice matches. The franchise evaluates the players and selects the most promising ones for further evaluation.

After finishing fourth in the IPL 2024 season, the Bengaluru based franchise has made some changes in coaching and support staff. Dinesh Karthik was named as the batting coach while Omkar Salvi has been named as the Bowling coach.
The franchise has retained three players Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar and Yash Dayal ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction.
Despite having a strong batting lineup, the team is yet to clinch their maiden IPL trophy. The side will need a strong bowling unit that can win RCB the first title.
The IPL governing council has confirmed that the mega auction will be held in November 24 and 25 at Jeddah. Despite the event being hosted overseas, IPL fans can still enjoy the IPL 2025 auction live streaming from their home.
