Marsh Sheffield Shield 2021-22 Schedule: Cricket Australia announces the schedule for Marsh Sheffield Shield 2021-22 with the first match between South Australia and Western Australia. The Marsh Sheffield Shield 2021-22 will kick start from September 24, 2021.
The tournament is played in a double-round robin format, with each team playing every other team twice, i.e. home and away.
Points are awarded based on wins, losses, draws, and ties, with the top two teams playing a final at the end of the season. Regular matches last for four days where the final lasts for five days.
