A trio of Indian youngsters has reached their new career best in test rankings after the fourth test of England’s test series.
Youngsters Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shubman Gill, and Dhruv Jurel scored a half-century clinching the five-wicket triumph in the fourth test.

The New Zealand Veteran Kane Williamson has retained his position as the No. 1 ranked batter in rankings and England’s Joe Root rises to the third spot with his 31st test century in Test Century in Ranchi.
Jaiswal has raised to the 12th spot while Gill jumped four spots to the 31st position and Jurel climbed 31 spots to reach the 69th position.
The England opener Zak Crawley claims his career-best rating after he jumped 10 spots to the 17th position after scoring 42 and 60 runs against India.
ICC Test All-rounder Rankings
Joe Root has bagged the wicket of Jaiswal during the fourth test and jumped three places to the fourth spot in the ICC Test rankings.
ICC Test Bowler Rankings
Jasprit Bumrah remains in the top position of the Test Bowler rankings despite being rested in the fourth test of England’s series while Kuldeep Yadav jumped 10 spots to secure jointly 32nd spot with Alzarri Toseph in the bowler rankings.
On the other hand, Australia T20 captain Mitchell Marsh moved two places forward to secure 15th spot in the T20I batters rankings and also jumped 21 spots to secure 13 positions for T20I all-rounders.
Travis Head jumped 18 spots to secure the 19th position with a 622 Ranking.
Josh Hazlewood re-entered the top 10 and secured seventh position in the list of T20I bowlers. Meanwhile, Kiwi’s Lockie Ferguson jumps 20 spots to 29th position.
There is not much difference in ODI ranking although Namibia Bernard and Gerhard Erasmus rose to 11th and 8th spot on the list ODI bowlers.
