The International Cricket Council (ICC) TV will be providing live coverage for the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, ensuring to deliver every moment of the live action.
The coverage will feature a minimum of 28 cameras at every game and will be enhanced by a variety of analytical and visual enhancements.
The Decision Review System (DRS) will also be available for the tournament, including a smart review system which enables TV umpires to instantly review multi-angle footage for accurate decision-making.
A female star-studded commentary team will provide export throughout the tournament. World Cup winners Mel Jones, Lisa Sthalekar, Stacy Ann King, Lydia Greenway and Carlos Brathwaite will be joining Anjum Chopra and Ketay Martin, as well as ex-India coach WV Ramana.
Former India captain Mithali Raj and Pakistan captain Sana Mir will be in the commentary box.
Meanwhile, some of the leading voices in cricket broadcasting like Natalie Germanos, Ian Bishop, Kass Naidoo, Nasser Hussain, Alison Mitchell, and Mpumelelo Mbangwa will be in the commentary lineup with Kass Naidoo and Lauro McGoldrick sharing presenting duties for the build-up shows.

ICC TV’s production approach will allow broadcasters to air matches seamlessly without the need for additional on-site presentation setups.
ICC TV will produce a 30-minute pre-game build-up, an innings interval show, and a post-match wrap-up for an engaging viewing experience.
The ICC TV will be supported by Disney Star for production services and NEP Broadcast solutions for equipment. WT Vision will handle the on-air graphics, while Quidich Innovation Labs will provide player tracking and the innovative Field 360 feature.
DRS ball tracking and edge detection will be managed by Hawk-eye supplemented by detailed analytics from Cricviz.
Additionally, ICC TV will offer exclusively off-field content, including daily player profiles, team features, match previews, venue insights, and behind-the-scenes which ensures fans are closer to action than ever before.
The tournament is set to begin with Bangladesh women and Scotland women playing in the inaugural match of 2024 on October 03 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
