Famous Cricket commentator Harsha Bogle picked his India squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 scheduled to be played in the USA and West Indies.
Bogle chooses Rohit Sharma and Jaiswal as the opening batters for the global event. The cricketer-tuned commentator preferred the right-left opening combination for the tournament. Rajasthan Royals (RR) captain Sanju Samson has been selected as the wicketkeeper-batsman, taking over from Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper KL Rahul.
Aggressive striker Suryakumar Yadav has also been included in the squad while Shivam Dube, who showcased an impressive performance in IPL 2024 has also found his spot in Harsha Bhogle’s India Squad for World Cup 2024.
Full-time allrounders Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja have also found their spot in the squad. Bogle picked Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Sandeep Sharma, Arshdeep Singh and Mohammed Siraj as the bowlers for the team.

As per the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup schedule, the first match will be played between the USA and Canada on June 1 in Grand Prairie Stadium, Dallas, Texas.
Apart from many other clashes, the India vs Pakistan match will be the most epic clash in the tournament. Understanding the heat of the clash, the broadcaster released a special promo for the match set to be played on June 9.
India and Pakistan were both placed under group A along with Ireland, Canada and the USA. India and Pakistan will face each other on June 9 in New York.
