Australia pacer Scott Boland has lauded Indian National Cricket Team all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy for his brilliant performance on day 03 of the fourth test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy at Melbourne.
He praised the batter for his shot selection and came up with a magical effort with the bat in the ongoing Fourth test. His key role has played a major part in making a strong comeback in the match, having been dominated for the last two days.
Nitish Reddy along with Washington Sundar (50 ) added 127 runs together and counterattacked the Australian bowling attack.
The right-handed batter was extremely disciplined in his approach and made sure that he punished the loose balls.
Nitish has been dismissed in his 40s in the last few games and made sure that he made his maiden half-century count. The all-rounder was all over the Australia National Cricket Team bowlers and gave Indians fans everthing to cheer about with the hope of winning the game.

Scott Boland praised for Nitish Kumar Reddy, saying that the all-rounder can score all around the ground. he hailed him for bringing his best during the Australia tests, saying he has every shot in the book.
“He has got, I’ve played the A game against him, the PM’s game and then a couple of Tests and you see he can score all around the ground.
He’s obviously a very nice player and does well in the IPL and he’s doing well here in Australian conditions as well. It looks like he’s got pretty much every shot in the book.”
Australia batted first and made scores of 311/6 by the end of day 01. Earlier on day 02, Australia went on to score 474 runs with Steven Smith scoring 140. They were able to post a huge total with half-centuries from Sam Konstas, Usman Khawaja and Labuschagne.
Pat Cummins scored 49 runs at the low order to strengthen their score. Indian bowlers worked on a challenging surface, with Bumrah picking 4/99, Jadeja had a return of 3/78 and Akash Deep picking 2/94 runs.
After KL Rahul’s dismissal for 24 runs by cummins, India struggled once again with top order woes. However, Kohli-Jaiswal Partnership recovered India, but did not last long.
Virat Kohli and Yashasvi Jaiswal stitched a solid partnership to recover India after the loss of Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul.
They made a 100 run partnership before being dismissed for 82 and 36 runs respectively. After their dismissal Akash Deep sent out on a duck with Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja at crease by the end of day 02.
With Bumrah’s dismissal by Cummins on a duck, India is down to last one wicket with Nitish Reddy and Mohammed Siraj at crease.
India scored 358/9 by the end of Day 03 after the dismissals of Washington Sundar and Bumrah for 50 and 0. Nitish Reddy and Siraj has been at the crease with unbeaten 105* and 2* at stumps at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
