The DC capitals star David Warner and Indian Director SS Rajmouli have stunned the cricketing world with a collaboration for commercial.
David Warner, Rajamouli Stuns fans as Commercial Ad goes Viral
SS Rajamouli and DC’s David Warners have featured in the ad for Cred, where Warner can be seen donning a character from Rajamouli’s movie Bahubali, and his antics throughout the commercial, have gone viral.
Warner is known for his love for Indian movies which has donned several times in his social media activities in the past. The video has garnered a lot of praise for Warner from fans and cricketing personalities.
When it comes to their ads, Cred is popular for its creative approach involving famous personalities. The Creds has previously featured some Indian players like Rahul Dravid, Ravi Shastri, and Venkatesh Prasad which received popularity from cricketing fans.
In the video, Rajamouli asks for tickets to the IPL 2024 match, only for the batter to highlight Cred’s features.
Warner then puts his conditions for Rajamouli, where he would have to cast the batter in his film in exchange for a discounted ticket. This makes Rajamouli anticipate a chaotic end to the circumstances and ultimately go against the whole pain.
A lot of fans have praised the video which also includes some cricketing figures. Aakash Chopra said it was time to give Warner an Aadhar Card and make him an Indian citizen.
Warner has a special connection to Indian pop culture, which has featured Australian batter dancing to popular songs of Indian cinema for his social media posts.
Apart from his antics, Warner has been a key player in the batting lineup for Delhi Capitals throughout his IPL career. The 37-year-old Overseas batter is one of the top 3 highest run scorers throughout the history of the tournament.
