The Indian star pacer Jasprit Bumrah once again proved to be nightmare for the Australian batters in the ongoing tour of Border Gavaskar Trophy.
After dismissing Usman Khwaja in the top order, he dismissed Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh in the middle order picking a total of three wickets before the end of 3rd session.
Batting first Australia made a solid start with debutant Sam Konstas smashing a 60 while Khawaja smashed 57 before being dismissed by Jadeja and Bumrah respectively.
Sam Konstas challenged Jasprit Bumrah’s legacy on day 01 of the fourth test and scored 34 runs in a single spell.

He Put up a show during the boxing day test against India, smashing a half-century in the first session. India’s stalwart has been in red-hot form and is the leading wicket-taker in the series so far.
Konstas scored 18 runs off an over by Bumrah and a total of 34 in a spell. His knock helped Australia to score 112 runs which is the most runs in the first session of Boxing Day test history.
Australia were comfortable with 237 runs for 3 wickets with Washington Sundar dismissing Labuschagne for 72 runs. But Bumrah hunted for two wickets of Head and Marsh to quickly change the conditions in Melbourne.
Meanwhile Akash Deep picked the wicket of Alex Carey for 31 runs when Australia attempted for crossing 300 run mark.
Meanwhile, Virat Kohli and Australia debutant Sam Konstas had a mid-pitch altercation in the first session.
The incident occured after the 10th over of the morning when Kohli and Konstas bumped shoulders while moving across the pitch once the over ended.
Both players looked back for a death stare and exchanged words before Konstas’ partner Usman Khawaja came in between, although the verbal dual didn’t last long.
