However, there are some uncertainities regarding the availability of a few Sri Lankan players and few Australian players who will feature in the Ashes against England in 2027.

The players will be fully available for 2025 season. However, the availability for 2026 and 2027 will depend on the players’ status in the league after the 2025 season.

Sri Lanka cricket will confirm the participation details for retained and released players closer to the auctions for each season.

However, Australian players will be ful available for all three IPL seasons though a few exceptions remain. With the 150th anniversary of the One off test match against England in 2027 might limit players in IPL duties.

In 2026, Pakistan will tour Australia for a three match series while in 2027. However, New Zealand cricket has also ensured full availability for their players. Apart from March Chapman and Will Young others will be available for the entire season.

South African players have committed to full participation except for Rile Rossouw and Nandre Burger might be missing some matches of the 2025 season.

Afghanistan players are set to participate fully in all three seasons, ensuring the full availablity in the IPL. Cricket Boards of West Indies and Zimbabawe are commited available for the full IPL cycle.
