Obviously nice to start the season well. Traditionally we haven’t started well and then come back with a few wins, but great to start well in front of a nice crowd. There’s not always one particular player who does well in this team, we all share it around and that’s what we pride ourselves on.
Makes a real difference, we love our fans and it’s awesome to put on a show for them. [speaking about his shoulder dislocation after a wicket celebration in the Sheffield Shield game] I was pretty happy with the ball I bowled, I was pretty pumped up, caught in an awkward angle, the shoulders don’t like that.
Came back and bowled 30 overs though, it was a slip-up but yeah everything is fine. [on what’s inside the KFC Player of the Match award box] A couple of vouchers, a shirt and a towel.
