Massive win. We needed it. We need three in a row as well from here. It’s been a tough season and the fans rock up, nice to get a win for them.
Probably a bit of messaging tonight, the team’s have got nothing to lose, massive credit to our bowling group, they were under the pump for the last couple of games and the batting finished it off.
They are a quality outfit wherever they play, at their home in Perth it was tough, tonight was going to be tough as well but we stuck to our guns and we finally executed what we talked with the ball.
I don’t feel any extra pressure with the bat, maybe on the field, last few games I think with different calls in the field. [on Chris Lynn] There’s not too much more to learn from him, he has told me everything over the last 18 months, he keeps me nice and calm. It was nice not to chase 200 or 210.
