Most Runs in LPL 2024: As per Lanka Premier League 2024 Schedule, the first match will be played between Kandy Falcons and Dambulla Sixers on July 1 in Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.
During LPL 2024, a total of 24 matches will be played among the five participating teams – Colombo Strikers, Dambulla Sixers, Galle Titans, Jaffna Kings and Kandy Falcons.
The five teams will play each other twice in the round-robin stage and the top four teams will advance to the playoffs. Ahead of the LPL 2024, the organising board have introduced a new rule named “Power Blast Over” which allows an extra two powerplay overs in the death overs of every inning.
