Wanindu Hasaranga | B-Love Kandy
I tried to bowl at the stumps and do the basics. The plan was a right-hander would come in if a right-hander got out and I was the only option and hence I came out to bat.
We lost first two games but bounced back very well as a team. We missed Fakhar Zaman in the first two games but he came into the team and he gives us a lot of energy.
We have top-class bowlers and that’s why we bowled them out for 117. Jaffna are a good side, especially their batting, they have good batters. In this format, we have to do our basics well and do all the things right. Doesn’t matter who the players are.
