    WATCH : MS Dhoni Continue his Practice “Not in Cricket” as IPL Postponed

    Due to the outbreak of corona many sports event has been called off in terms of safety measures. Indian former captain MS Dhoni returned home from Chennai. Dhoni started his practice session from March 2 focusing the IPL 2020 which scheduled to start from March 29. After the BCCI announcement of IPL postpone, the franchise sent their players home.

    Dhoni’s arrival

    Chennai Super Kings is one of the IPL team with large fan base. CSK players starts their practice session in advance keen to register their fourth victory. CSK’s skipper MS Dhoni head to the camp and starts his practice from March 1. Dhoni received roaring reception from the franchise as well as from fans. Dhoni fans gets very excited as they see their “THALA” in action after 8 months.

    MS Dhoni was last seen in action against New Zealand, where India lost the semi final and dropped from the world cup 2019. MS Dhoni then made himself un available for the further International tour and his name hit the media when BCCI announced the list of centrally contracted players in January. Where MS Dhoni was dropped out from the list and this made MSD’s fan to get in confusion.

    As pointed out by BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and India head coach Ravi Shastri, Dhoni’s international future depends on his performances in IPL 2020 which comes in to consider him in T20 World Cup planned later this year in Australia.

    Dhoni is in preparation to show his all time best performance in IPL 2020 in order to get his slot back in T20 world cup squad.     Everything gets up side down at the moment when BCCI made the heart breaking announcement. Due to the out break of corona virus IPL has been postponed to April 15. This decision gets in action after the official meeting between BCCI and IPL franchises. Post the meeting IPL owners had a conference call and comes out with a decision which could cost them in future.

    Dhoni plays Badminton

    Due to these issues Chennai Super Kings called off their preparatory camp at Chepauk Stadium on Sunday. As a result their favorite star Dhoni return to his home where he received an heart touching sent off from fans.

    After reaching his home Dhoni continue his practice not in cricket but in indoor. Dhoni is seen playing badminton in the JSCA International Stadium Complex in the city.

    In another video, on Instagram, the 38-year-old is seen riding a motorcycle while being surrounded by fans in Ranchi. His followers are seen clicking selfies with the cricketer.

    Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) deferred their training camp, which was scheduled to begin on March 21. Three-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI), Chennai Super Kings as well as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have already canceled their camps.

    “Keeping in mind the health and safety of everyone involved, the RCB Training Camp scheduled to start on the 21st of March has been deferred until further notice. We request everyone to follow the guidelines provided by the Health Ministry and stay safe,” RCB tweeted.
