SRH vs PBKS Probable Playing 11
SRH vs PBKS Probable Playing 11: SRH is set to host PBKS in their last match of the knockout stages on Sunday clash. Hyderabad has qualified for the playoffs after getting a point due to their match against Gujarat Titans being abandoned due to rain. They secured 7 victories in the 13 matches they played.
On the other hand, Punjab Kings has failed to qualify for playoffs as they secured only 5 victories out of 13 matches they played.
“It’s not ideal. You prefer to have some good match practice before you go into the finals. But we can’t control that. But what we do have confidence is that we’ve played some pretty good cricket to make the playoffs. Ideally you would play some competitive matches before you play your final – whether it’s an eliminator or the qualifier,” said Simon Helmot.
“The mood is more positive in the dressing room than before because we have nothing to lose now. The season has been inconsistent for us. But we played really good cricket and we had many positives throughout the season…In cricket, things can change in an instant. We just missed out on some luck,” said Jitesh Sharma
Currently, SRH has secured third place while PBKS has secured 9th position in the IPL 2024 points table.
