The 20-year-old Shaik Rasheed who has a decent run in the domestic circuit has joined Chennai Super Kings during the IPL 2025 mega auction.
CSK went to seal the deal for INR 30 lakh. It is evident that LSG were interested but in the end, they refused to extend the offer.

After an impressive performance in the Ranji Trophy match recently, he has been joined chennai based franchise during the auction. He is a right handed batsman and a right arm leg break bowler. He has played for India U19, Andhra, and Chennai Super Kings.
Shaik Rasheed was bagged by Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2023 Auction at his base price of 20 Lakhs.
