Raina Praises Jadeja: Post MS Dhoni’s shocking announcement of stepping down as CSK skipper, social media starts to flood with many emotional notes and videos.
Following this unacceptable announcement, CSK fans went heartbroken when so-called “China Thala” failed to mention MS Dhoni in his congratulations tweet for Jadeja. Raina didn’t even post a single appreciation post regarding MS Dhoni’s service for CSK – a team where Raina shared a bond with him for a very long time.
CSK named all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja as their new captain for the upcoming IPL season which will kickstart from March 26, 2022.

Though CSK players shared a bond while playing for the team, Raina and Dhoni shared a brotherhood bond and always stood a step ahead. But things started to change when Raina decides to pull out of IPL 2020 owing to personal reasons.
Fans start to create controversies as there was a rift between Raina and CSK. In order to put things down, Raina cleared the reason for his decision of quitting IPL 2020. Raina came back to the CSK squad in IPL 2021 and scored just 160 runs and missed the IPL playoffs and CSK’s final match against KKR.
In the recently concluded IPL 2022 mega auction, CSK didn’t even bid for Suresh Raina and notably, Mr. IPL went unsold.
But IPL broadcasters – Star compromises Raina’s fans by dragging him back into IPL not as a player but as a cricket commentator. YES!! Raina has been named as the Hindi commentator for IPL 2022.
Raina’s cryptic tweet comes as another talking thing in the cricket town. Post the CSK’s announcement of their new skipper, everyone reacted to MS Dhoni’s decision and wished Jadeja for his new role.
But Raina didn’t even mention MS Dhoni in his appreciation tweet over Jadeja’s new beginning.
