We will have to improve our basics better, we didn’t do that against MI in our last match. Two changes for us – Kuldeep and Lockie in, for Green and Prasidh. We don’t want to rush Sunil back, we’ll give him some time.

Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) Batting
Shubman Gill and Tripathi get in to the crease to lead KKR. The opening duo starts the innings with impressive strikes but fails to withstand for longer as Tripathi walks off Pavillion after scoring 23 runs at the end of the powerplay.
SRH lands KKR in trouble after dismissing Gilla and Rana in back to back overs. KKR after losing wickets in a frequent interval time seeks a much-needed partnership. Where KKR former skipper and current skipper joins hand and leads KKR to score 163 runs for 5 wicket loss. Dinesh Karthick remains unbeaten after scoring a crispy 34 runs off 23 deliveries.
Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH) Batting
Bairstow and Williamson gets in to the crease to lead the SRH. A change in SRH opening pair as Kane Williamson moves up to open with Bairstow. SRH makes an impressive start where the opening duo makes 58 runs for no wicket loss at the end of the powerplay.
Kane Williamson departures after scoring 29 runs off 19 deliveries, which boosts the SRH opening partnership. SRH soon starts to lose their wicket after Priyam Garg dismissal. The well-settled Bairstow too dismissed for 36 runs.
Still Warner and Manish Pandey is in the crease which makes SRH to believe in chasing the target. But Ferguson loads pressure over SRH by dismissing Manish for 6 runs. The long struggle of SRH skipper David Warner makes SRH to equal the score and leads a super over match.

David Warner and Samad remain in the crease while Ferguson leads the attack against SRH. Impressive deliveries from Ferguson as he just gave 2 runs and dismissed the SRH batsman and makes an easy target for KKR to chase down. KKR is in need of 3 runs to win the super over.
Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) Batting
Eoin Morgan and DK get in to the crease while Rashid Khan opens the attack against KKR. Without any pressure, the duo leads KKR to win the super over match and KKR to grab their fifth victory of the tournament.

The team has been going well. A pleasure to get an opportunity and do well. We’ve obviously had a big sit with no cricket which is interesting back home. Had a couple of warm-ups and a lot of training sessions.
Always getting David Warner, especially the start of the Super Over was satisfying. It’s great having Morgs, we’ve both been part of this. Was good to use of his experience. Will take this win, enjoy tonight. It was a tough win on a very tough wicket.
