Expensive Players of LSG in IPL 2022 Auction: One of the two new IPL teams Lucknow Super Giants enters the IPL 2022 auction with a purse value of INR 59 crores and spent all the available money to build a team for their inaugural season of the tournament. Lucknow Super Giants builds a team of 21 players including the drafted players.
Earlier to the IPL 2022 Auction all 8 existing teams announced their retained players list and released the remaining players to the auction pool from which the 2 new IPL teams are allowed to draft a maximum of 3 players each.
According to which, Lucknow Super Giants ropes KL Rahul, Marcus Stoinis, and uncapped player Ravi Bishnoi. Where Gujarat Titans picked Hardik Pandya, Rashid Khan, and Shubman Gill as their drafted players.

Avesh Khan
Avesh Khan, a fast bowler from Madhya Pradesh, has the ability to move the ball both ways and can deliver a mean short ball.
He made his first-class debut in 2014 and played for India in the ICC Under 19 World Cup in 2016. After making his IPL debut for Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2017, Avesh moved to Delhi Capitals and like the IPL 2020, he was retained by the franchise for the IPL 2021.
In IPL 2021 Avesh Khan picked 24 wickets on playing 16 matches with an economy of 7.37.

Jason Holder
With a first-class bowling average of under 22 and a sub-50 strike rate, Holder played his first match for the West Indies in the 2013 ODI series against Australia.
After representing the Chennai Super Kings in 2013, the Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2015, Kolkata Knight Riders in 2016, Holder was back in the 2020 season with the Sunrisers Hyderabad.
He was a replacement player for all-rounder Mitchell Marsh and made his presence felt featuring in 7 games and picking 14 wickets that included a match-winning 3-wicket haul against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
In the 2021 season Holder bags 16 wickets including a 4 wicket haul at an economy of 7.75.

Krunal Pandya
At the 2016 IPL auction, Mumbai Indians purchased Pandya for ₹2 crore. He made his IPL debut in April 2016, playing against Gujarat Lions at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. For his performances in the 2016 IPL season, he was named in the Cricinfo and Cricbuzz IPL XI.
He was declared as the Player of the Match for his performance of 47 in a final victory against Rising Pune Supergiant. For his performances in the 2017 IPL season, he was named in the Cricinfo and Cricbuzz IPL XI.
In January 2018, Pandya was signed up by the Mumbai Indians in the 2018 IPL auction. In the 2020 season, he hit the winning runs in the final that gave MI their fifth title. In the 2022 IPL Auction, Pandya’s was bought by the Lucknow Super Giants for ₹8.25 crores.
