DC vs LSG Probable Playing 11: With the competition for the playoffs becoming intense, Delhi will be facing Lucknow in Tuesday’s clash at home ground. Both teams have six victories in hand and require victory in the upcoming clash.
Delhi Capitals are set to play their last match of the group stages and their advancement for playoffs remains thin. They suffered a 47-run defeat against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Sunday which minimized their chances for playoffs
On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants has two matches in their hands. “We are aware that it’s a high-scoring ground but high-scoring grounds normally take care of themselves. Good surface, a fast outfield on a smallish ground – that’s just naturally what happens.”
“So, I don’t think you have to suddenly transform faster than you need to. I’m sure we can get batters to come in with a decent platform to launch of, we’ll be good. That’s probably something that we need to just focus on – making sure we’re not losing wickets at stages where we feel we constantly need to be rebuilding,” said Lance Klusener.
Currently, Delhi Capitals secured 6th position while Delhi Capitals secured 7th place in the IPL 2024 points table.
