KKR’s magical spinner Varun Chakravarthy becomes the first person to dismiss Dhoni twice in IPL. Varun, who is a huge fan of MS Dhoni said that he would watch him blister away sixes from the stands in Chepauk before the IPL 2020. He went on to dismiss Dhoni for the second time during the CSK vs KKR IPL 2020 clash on October 29.

By doing so, Varun Chakravarthy became the first-ever bowler to dismiss MS Dhoni twice in a single IPL season. MSD gets in to bat after Rayudu’s dismissal while game-changer Ruturaj on strike.
While facing the fourth delivery of the Varun’s over Dhoni was trapped in to playing it off the back foot and missed the line. The ball thudded into the leg stump and cleans Dhoni while scoring just 1 run.
Ruturaj Gaikwad who scored 72 runs from 53 balls with 6 fours and 2 sixes changes the game flow in favour of CSK. After his dismissal, Jadeja played a vital inning during the end with his quickfire 31 runs off 11 balls with 3 instrumental sixes and 2 boundaries that sealed their win.
KKR’s view on Dhoni’s dismissal
