We are gonna have a bowl. We did take the conditions into account, we have seen similarities in number of the early matches and trying to get something from the surface first up and maybe some dew later on. We are playing the same team. It’s good (elbow injury) and nice to be out here playing, looking forward to the game today.
KL Rahul | LSG
We wanted to bowl first as well, that has been the trend. We have one change. Holder comes in for Chameera. With the new ball you always try and hit that good area really assess what the pace is on that particular wicket and we obviously do a bit of homework before the game and it all comes down to the execution.
We picked Jason in the auction because he is a top all-rounder going around in the world. He can swing the new ball and do some damage at the back end as well.
Both games the lower and middle order have done well and that gives us the confidence to go hard at the top. For a youngster (Ayush Badoni) to out there and get the job done for the team, to really stay calm and back his game is really good to see.
Fingers crossed, he can continue the same form and keep doing the damage for us at the back end of the innings.

Lucknow Super Giants Batting
KL Rahul and de Kock gets into the crease to lead the SRH while Bhuvneshwar Kumar opens the bowling attack.
Washington Sundar in the second over dismissed de Kock for 1 run and draws the first blood for the SRH. Sundar hits again in his second over and dismissed Lewis for 1 run.
Shepherd in the 5th over dismissed Manish Pandey and loads pressure over the LSG’s batting line. At the end of the 6 overs, LSG scored 32 runs for 3 wickets loss.
LSG continued to build a partnership which leads them to score 68 runs for 3 wickets loss at the end of the 10 overs.
With T Natarajan’s 2 wickets off the 19th over LSG scored 169 runs for 7 wickets loss.

Abhishek Sharma and Williamson opens the batting attack while Jason Holder opens the bowling attack.
SRH starts to struggle right after their captain’s dismissal in 4th over. Avesh Khan dismissed Kane Williamson for 16 in the middle of the 4th over. Before the powerplay ends Avesh Khan bags another wicket by dismissing Abhishek Sharma for 13 runs.
With Holder’s impressive 4 wickets haul, LSG beats SRH by 12 runs.

Avesh Khan | LSG
The plan always is how I can pick up wickets in the power play and slog overs. I wanted to bowl the slower ball (Williamson dismissal) because we felt that the ball was gripping and holding on the surface. The plan is to always bowl dots and try to hit the yorker length. I always get a lot of support from the captain and support staff, and want bowl with the same rhythm.
