GT20 Canada 2023 Squad: The third edition of the Global T20 Canada League is scheduled to play between July 20 to August 6, 2023. The tournament’s first edition took place during June and July 2018 with six teams competing. While the second edition of the tournament was played during July and August 2019 in CAA Centre, Brampton, Ontario

Originally, the third edition of the tournament was scheduled to play in 2020 but owing to the rise of COVID-19 the tournament was postponed. Later it was scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia between 24 June to 11 July 2021 due to ongoing pandemic restrictions in Canada.

The 2021 tournament was ultimately cancelled “due to evolving concerns regarding COVID-19 and strict preventive measures taken by the Government of Malaysia to contain the spread of the pandemic”.

GT20 Canada 2023 Squad

GT20 Canada 2023 Squad: Cricket Canada puts a full stop to the wait and confirms that the 3rd edition of the GT20 Canada league will be played from July 20, 2023 – August 6, 2023 at the Brampton Sports Park.

Each team will comprise 16 players from full and associate nations including 2 World renowned marquee players, 3 Canadian national players, and 3 emerging Canadian cricketers.
