We knew it was a high-scoring ground, we targeted a boundary an over and it was about playing good cricketing shots. [on David] He is brilliant, he is picked all around the world, there is a reason for that and he is such a gun player. I took the Surge and got out but he came out and along with Nikhil Chaudhary blitzed it.
[on the Surge] I like it, it’s a good little touch to the game and it brings something different to the game, we love it. We started pretty well, Mitch came out with really good intent, he batted beautifully the other night against the Scorchers and hopefully he can go well. At the start of their innings I was hoping we got 190, the Shorts went really hard but we pulled it back really well there.
