One more year? No, I think I’m done. Was a decent night, 40,000 in today I think. They were in for a contest too. But a really good performance from us in the last 16 overs.
It’s a different role, that’s the beauty of Moises (Henriques), he goes into the game and reads the conditions. I’m quite comfortable bowling in the middle, especially when there’s some inconsistent bounce.
Great to have people like Warner and Smith in, there’s a buzz around town. Really enjoy playing against Warner, proud of what he’s done for Australia. We’ve got great coaches who know how to win.
There’s a lot of homework that goes into planning and prepping. There are talks about winning big and losing small, we’re always looking to stay in the game.
A hundred games was a milestone I was looking forward to, I started the season on 94. Means a lot to play 100 games for a very successful team. Even if I don’t make it to a 100, I’ll feel like I’ve had a successful career.
