Bas de Leede Biography: Bastiaan Franciscus Wilhelmus de Leede followed his father Tim’s footsteps into the Dutch Cricket team. Timotheus Bernardus Maria De Leede (Tim de Leede) born on January 25, 1968, is a right-hand all-rounder and a retired Dutch cricketer.
Tim de Leede made his first ODI debut during the match against New Zealand on February 17, 1996, where he was dismissed for 1 run on a run-out. Tim de Leede had played 29 ODIs, and 62 List A matches and has amassed 1300 runs and also dismissed 83 wickets during his 11-year ODI career.

Bas de Leede Biography: Father Tim de Leede had an ODI career for 11 years for the Dutch national side. He had played for the Netherlands at the 1996, 2003 and 2007 World Cups.
He travelled to India to play in the World Cup in 1996. He dismissed 4 wickets for 35 during the World Cup match against India in 2003 which remains spoken on his achievements.
Bas de Leede had five siblings one brother and four sisters. They used to follow him during the match. Bas de Leede’s cousin Babette plays for Netherlands women and his Younger brother Stijn has played in age-group cricket for the Dutch.
