  • Raghuvanshi stayed at Nayar’s Powai residence ever since he set base in Mumbai.
  • Raghuvanshi, who played for Swami Vivekanand International School, Borivli in the U-16 Harris Shield, was part of Mumbai’s U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy-winning team in 2019.
  • At four matches of the U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy 2021 in Ahmedabad in September and October, Raghuvanshi made 214 runs (two half-centuries).
  • He scored 141 runs in five matches for India ‘E’ in the U-19 Challenger Trophy 2021 in Ahmedabad.
  • On March 23, 2021, in YGCL U16 Championship 2021 tournament Angkrish Raghuvanshi scored 143 runs from 75 deliveries and leads Sanjeevani Cricket Academy to beat Nerul Gymkhana Cricket Academy(opponent) by 119 runs.

      • He has scored a fifty and a hundred in those 278 runs. His score of 144 off 120 balls against Uganda was highly praised by the cricket experts which earned a name for himself.
      • The opener also contributed 44 runs in a successful chase of 112 against Bangladesh in Antigua on Saturday that took India to the U-19 World Cup semi-finals.
      • His 79 against Ireland was also a crucial one for the team. He is India’s highest run-scorer in the tournament so far.

IPL 2024

Angkrish Raghuvanshi, one of the youngest batter joined Kolkata Knight Riders for his base price of INR 20 lakhs at the IPL 2024 mini-auction.

    • Angkrish Raghuvanshi made his IPL Debut for Kolkata Knight Riders on March 29, 2024, in a match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
    • He Smashed 54 runs on 27 deliveries including five fours and three sixes during the IPL 2024 match against Delhi Capitals on April 03. KKR posted a score of 272 runs and defeated DC by 106 runs.
    • Angkrish Raghuvanshi scored 24 runs on 18 deliveries during the match against CSK on April 8 where the side suffered defeat in the home ground.
    • During the match against Super Giants, he missed the spotlight as he was dismissed for seven runs by Mohsin Khan. But the side managed to secure victory by 8 wickets on April 14.
    • In the match against RR on April 16, he smashed 30 runs on 18 balls including 5 fours.
